Here are two resources that could be useful in the classroom. First, check out the National Atlas which currently features historical data so students can compare the changing physical geography in the United States. Next, track severe weather with Weather Underground's Severe Weather Map. You could then use weather.com or accuweather.com to focus in on specific cities.
